2026-2027 Dothan High School Boys Soccer Tryouts

When: October 12-15 from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Where: Dothan High School Practice Field

Athletes must have an up to date physical in order to participate.

Please bring:

• Cleats
• Tennis shoes
• Shin guards

2026-2027 Dothan High School Wolves Baseball Tryouts

When: August 29, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Where: Dothan High School Baseball Field

Every student wanting to tryout must have an updated physical by the tryout date.

2026-2027 Flag Football Tryouts

When: July 14 & 15 at 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.

Where: Outside of the Dothan High School Convocation Center

All students trying out must have a physical on file or in hand before trying out.

Dothan Preparatory Academy Girls Basketball Tryouts 2026

Where: Davis Gym (Large gym on South end of campus)

When: April 21, 2026

Time: 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

• What to wear: Athletic shorts, tennis shoes, designated short color. Bring a water bottle tagged with your name.

Rising 7th graders: Plain white t-shirt

Rising 8th graders: Plain black t-shirt

Girls must have a current physical signed by a doctor to participate in tryouts. No exceptions!

• Rising 8th grade: Turn in physicals to Coach Reynolds in room A117 by April 17th or submit within the form below.

• Rising 7th grade: Bring a copy completely filled out and signed by you, your patents, and your doctor to tryouts. Turn in the form at the registration table on April 21st or submit within the form below.

Tryouts are closed. Please have a ride waiting outside the Davis gym by 6:00 p.m.

Please complete the 2026 DPA Basketball Tryout Form ASAP.

DHS Cross Country Interest Meeting

When: April 6 at 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. in the DHS Media Center.

Returning and new athletes are required to attend.

Tryouts:

April 16, 2026, 3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.  at the DHS Track 

Must have a current physical to tryout. Wear running shoes. No open toed shoes of any kind. If you are not properly dressed you will not tryout.

• Monday, April 20, 3:20 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the Carver 9th Grade Academy Gymnasium
• Open to 9th Grade Students

Dothan High School Tryouts

• Wednesday, April 22, 3:20 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. at Turf Field at DHS
• Open to students in Grades 10 and 11

2026-2027 Dothan High School Girls Soccer Tryouts

The Dothan High School Girls Soccer Team will hold tryouts on the following dates:

• Monday, September 28 from 4:00 p.m. -5:45 p.m. at Dothan High School's grass practice field
• Tuesday, September 29 from 6:00 p.m. -7:45 p.m. at Dothan High School's grass practice field
• Wednesday, September 30 from 5:00 p.m. -6:30 p.m. at Dothan High School's grass practice field
• Thursday, October 1 from 4:00 p.m. -5:45 p.m. at Dothan High School's grass practice field

What you need:

• Updated physical (please bring a printed physical to tryouts)
  • Athletes must have an up to date physical in order to participate.
• Fill out and submit the DHS Girls Soccer Tryouts Google Form
