Dothan High School Varsity and JV Girls Basketball Tryouts

Who can participate: Current 8th through 11th Graders

When: April 20th 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

April 22nd 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Where: Dothan High School Gym

Must have a current physical to tryout.

Please wear tennis shoes, no open toed shoes of any kind. If you are not properly dressed you will not tryout.

Where: Davis Gym (Large gym on South end of campus)

When: April 21, 2026

Time: 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

What to wear: Athletic shorts, tennis shoes, designated short color. Bring a water bottle tagged with your name.

Rising 7th graders: Plain white t-shirt

Rising 8th graders: Plain black t-shirt

Girls must have a current physical signed by a doctor to participate in tryouts. No exceptions!

Rising 8th grade: Turn in physicals to Coach Reynolds in room A117 by April 17th or submit within the form below.
Rising 7th grade: Bring a copy completely filled out and signed by you, your patents, and your doctor to tryouts. Turn in the form at the registration table on April 21st or submit within the form below.

Tryouts are closed. Please have a ride waiting outside the Davis gym by 6:00 p.m.
