Game Day Guide Dothan Wolves

Know Before You Go

  • Stadium Gates open one hour before kickoff before all football games
  • No Passes out are allowed
  • All fans over 5 years old must have a ticket
  • All fans under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
  • Weapons are not permitted
  • No smoking and no alcohol
  • Handicap/ADA Seating is available on the first level of the stadium. Access is under the stadium
  • Clear Bag Policy is strictly enforced

Parking

  • Parking is free and available in designated lots
  • Proper passes are required for all reserved parking lots
  • General ADA/Handicap Parking is available in designated areas

Tickets

  • Tickets are $10.00
  • Tickets can be purchased at GoFan.com
  • Cash tickets can be purchased on the Home Side only
  • All media, Wolf Card Holders, Coaching Card Holders, and Pass List individuals must enter at the Pass Gate

First Aid and Emergency

  • AED devices are located in the Leisure Services office on the visitors side and at field level with Team Trainers
  • In the event of severe weather, fans should shelter in their vehicles.
  • If you have an emergency dial 9-1-1.

Gameday Timeline

  • 6:00 p.m. - Gates/Concession Stand Open
  • 6:15 p.m. - Senior Banners/Start on Jumbotron
  • 6:45 p.m. - Pregame Ceremony
  • 6:55 p.m. - Coin Toss
  • 7:00 p.m. - Kickoff

Non-compliant spectators will be removed from Rip Hewes Stadium without a refund.

Dothan City Schools Clear Bag Policy

Approved Bags

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12"W X 12"H X 6"D.
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (ziploc bag or similar).
  • Small clutch bag approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap. This can be carried separately or within a plastic bag.
  • Diaper bags, infant for which bag is being carried must be present.

All other bags are prohibited when entering.

How to Buy a Ticket

  1. Use phone or computer
    1. Go to https://gofan.co/app/school/AL11774 OR use your phone’s camera to activate your school’s personal QR code.
  2. In the search box type in Dothan High, Carver 9, Dothan Prep or search for the HOME team for that specific game.
  3. Games are listed by Date / Time and the HOME team
    1. Select the game that you want to attend “GET TICKETS”
    2. Make sure there is only one link for the specific game you want to see
    3. If there is a separate home and visitor’s link, select the link that corresponds to you
    4. Click “GET TICKETS” and select the number of tickets that you wish to purchase.
  4. Click “Buy Now”
  5. If you plan on only going to one game this season/year, click “Checkout as Guest”
  6. If you plan on going to more than one game this season/year, create an account for quicker checkouts in the future.
    1. Click on “Sign Up”
    2. Type in your email and create a password.
  7. Complete your order by updating your payment information
    1. You will receive a confirmation email as your receipt of the purchase
    2. Do not redeem your ticket at this time.
  8. Bring your phone or device to the game and present your digital ticket to enter
